• Ridglan beagle finds forever home with family in Jackson (spectrumnews1.com) — A Jackson family in Washington County has adopted Penny, a rescued Ridglan Farms beagle, giving her a permanent home and a chance to finally live like a normal dog. They describe the joy of watching her gain confidence, enjoy treats and toys, and bond with their other pet as she settles into life in Jackson. 
• Beginning the day with Morning Praise (forwardinchrist.net) — Students at Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson are voluntarily gathering for Morning Praise, a student-led worship time held on late-start Fridays before classes. What began with about 20 participants has grown significantly, as teens share music, devotions, and quiet reflection together and work to pass leadership to younger students so the tradition continues.
