Kenosha residents protest proposed Microsoft data center over environmental and utility cost concerns (tmj4.com) ā Kenosha residents are pushing back against a proposed Microsoft data center near I-94 and Highway 142, warning about pollution, traffic, and possible higher utility bills. At Mondayās Common Council meeting, they demanded clearer updates and transparency, while Microsoft and We Energies insisted the project can protect the environment and avoid shifting energy costs onto local customers.
