• Farm Technology Days Executive Committee announces scholarship recipients (wsau.com) — Kewaunee students are among the latest recipients of scholarships funded by Kewaunee County’s 2017 Farm Technology Days, with several locals supported in programs from dental hygiene to diesel mechanics. The fund targets students in the second half of their post-secondary education and will distribute $60,000 over 10 years to graduates of area high schools.
   

• Illinois man gets three years for $114K Marshfield 'jackpotting' theft (marshfieldnewsherald.com) — Kewaunee County deputies and the Kewaunee County Jail play key roles in unraveling an ATM “jackpotting” scheme tied to a Marshfield credit union theft exceeding $100,000. • Second suspect convicted in fatal 2024 drug-deal-robbery shooting (greenbaypressgazette.com) — A Kewaunee woman is among five people charged in connection with a 2024 Green Bay shooting during an alleged drug-related robbery, and one co-defendant has now pleaded to reduced charges. The case continues with multiple upcoming court dates this summer, including status hearings and trials for the remaining defendants.
