  1. The upscale Spanish restaurant, Estrellón is set to close for good. The West Johnson establishment, like many restaurants, has had issues staying afloat amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. (The Cap Times)
  2. A man has been banned from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and tentatively charged with a hate crime. Last month, Morgan R. Kroll spit on the face of an Asian-American student and made targeted comments about COVID-19. (Wisconsin State Journal)
  3. Two people are in the hospital after a fight escalated into a shooting near Warner Park. (Channel 3000)
  4. Remember the stolen Humpty Dumpty statue? One of the suspects confessed and police have recovered the statue. (Channel 3000)
  5. New maps are in! The City of Madison has two maps proposals which would keep Lakeshore and Southwest dorms in District 8. Juliana Bennett, District 8 Alder, said that keeping students together is crucial in ensuring their voices are heard. (The Daily Cardinal)
