New Name for Jefferson Rehab Center

Alden Estates of Countryside Rehabilitation and Health Care Center has a new name – Alden Estates of Jefferson Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.  

“Putting Jefferson in our name more accurately reflects our position and connection in the community, and the families who we serve,” says Jennifer Mabry, administrator.

The rehabilitation center, which offers orthopedic recovery and post-acute services as well as long-term care, is located at 1130 Collins Rd.
