The first summer 2026 Grace Lutheran Ministries mobile blood drive will be held on Saturday, May 30th from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM and we are accepting both whole blood and double red cells appointments.
Even though right around Memorial Day starts the official summer vacation and travel season, the blood supply never takes a holiday. Did you know that a blood transfusion happens in the US every two seconds? Cancer patients, premature babies, accident victims, organ transplant recipients, hemophilia and sickle cell patients are counting on a sufficient blood supply to survive. Let’s do our best to eliminate their anxiety.
Appointments for May 30th can be made at the link attached to this posting. Please help us reach or exceed our blood drive goal of 17 pints donated to support the blood supply inventory for local hospitals.
