The Y Launches Girls Developmental Volleyball League

The YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee (the Y) has launched U10 and U11-U14 Developmental Volleyball Leagues for girls in grades 4 – 8.

The U10 Development League is designed to give 4th grade girls the inside track to volleyball success by teaching volleyball skills and techniques all within a game-level approach. The season will include a few cross-over tournaments and league finale.

The U11-U14 Development Leagues will focus on improving skills in a fun environment and will offer 5th – 8th grade girls the opportunity to practice one hour each week with a rotating weekend schedule of both practices and mini-tournaments, all in the Milwaukee-area.
