Jazzercise

Jazzercise is an effective workout that includes cardiovascular, strength, and stretch moves for your heart, muscles, and core. It is powerfully fun and will get you energized and refreshed. All our routines are screened by a sports physiologist for safety. Jazzercise meets American College of Sports Medicine criteria for a combined cardio/strength/stretch workout in one hour. All fitness levels are welcome.
