Women Self Defense Classes now being offered at RWF. Learn awareness/avoidance, verbal strategies/diffusion and physical self defense. 

Classes are in a fun learning environment and easy to learn.

Classes are offered through Safe International Self Defense, all classes are taught by William Stedman, certified instructor for Safe International.
