Falls Woman Caught With Oxycodone Pills in Restaurant

A 22-year-old Milwaukee woman is facing charges after she was caught with Oxycodone pills at a Menomonee Falls restaurant.

Amanda M. Sereday was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. If convicted, she faces up to 3 ½ years in prison and $10,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

On Nov. 28, police contact Sereday at and was asked to come outside. When asked if she had any pills on her, Sereday said no, but after police searched her they found 2 ½ Oxycodone pills hidden in a makeup case in her apron.

Sereday then admitted to being an opiate addict and snorting Percocet to avoid becoming sick.

She will make her initial appearance in court April 23.
