• Second former Badgers star suffers big injury in NFL training camp (jsonline.com) — Menomonee Falls sports fans will feel this one: Broncos defensive lineman and Menomonee Falls High School alum Matt Henningsen will miss the entire 2026 NFL season after re-tearing his Achilles in an Aug. 7 practice. The injury comes as fellow former Badger Tyler Biadasz also suffered a serious-looking leg injury during a Chargers-49ers joint practice.
