Amtrak Shooting Suspect From Milwaukee May Not Be Competent

An Illinois judge may rule next week whether a West Allis man accused of shooting an Amtrak conductor is competent to stand trial.

NAPERVILLE, IL — An Illinois judge is expected to rule soon if a Wisconsin man accused of shooting an Amtrak conductor in Naperville on May 16 is competent to stand trial.
