RACINE COUNTY, WI — Law enforcement officers have a tough job. They're asked to deal with life's most urgent problems and dangers to the public.

They're asked to make split-second decisions in complex situations - all while they're being recorded with a video camera on their chest.

And each department wants to be better than the other ... at singing and dancing.

The video was produced Tony Fumo, camera man and film editor, who volunteered his time and talents to produce the roughly four-minute presentation.

In the video, you can see members of the Racine County Sheriff's Office, and other public service workers, and partners in various Racine-area locations.

At the end of the video, Wayne Blanchard of the Walworth County Sheriff's Department was challenged to see what his department can come up with.

Racine County Sheriff's Lip Sync Challenge:

Officers across the nation are taking part in the so-called lip-sync battle, where cops sing and dance to popular pop songs such as Michael Jackson's "Thriller," Marvin Gaye's "Let's Get It On," and TLC's "No Scrubs."

We're not kidding. See for yourself here:

Blytheville Police Department singing TLC's "No Scrubs."

This sassy video, viewed more than 213,000 times, is pretty intricately choreographed. Each officer's sync timing is nearly perfect and they even decided to poke a little fun at a fellow officer who was hanging out the side of a cruiser. Beautifully executed.

This feel-good video has it all. Creativity. Humor. Dancing. It starts off with an officer walking up to the chief and asking him to watch a video of their lip-sync challenge. Very meta. The scene then cuts to shots of various people — cops and community members alike — singing and dancing to Justin Timberlake's "Can't Stop the Feeling."

Everyone puts their heart and soul into the video, with near-seamless lip-syncing. It clearly took a long time to put together. Once officer even uses a shopping cart full of food items as a prop while he dances through a grocery store. The kids aren't too shabby either.
