Brownlow to Hold Listening Session

83rd Assembly candidate hopes to meet with residents to talk 'jobs, education and tax policy.'

Jim Brownlow, the Democrat running for the 83rd Assembly District seat vacated by Scott Gunderson late last year, will be holding a listening session on Saturday April 9 from 10am to noon.

Brownlow is running against David Craig, who previously was in Congressman Paul Ryan's office for eight years.  The special election for the seat will be held on May 3.

The listening session will take place at the Waukesha State Bank's meeting room, and Brownlow said while he hopes to convey his platform of "strengthening the state's struggling middle class," it will also be a chance for neighbors to have "a cup of coffee and friendly conversation."
