The cooking demonstrations are designed to educate attendees on how to prepare new dishes, plus with the demonstrations taking place in Callen’s expansive showroom, attendees will see how they can enhance their home’s look and functionality.
Featuring Bartolotta Group Chefs, cooking demos will be held from 10:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. the following dates:
- Sat., March 10: Andrew Ruiz, Executive Chef, The Rumpus Room, A Bartolotta Gastropub: Gluten Free Goodness
- Sat., April 14: Mark Schmidt, Executive Chef, Bartolotta Catering at Pier Wisconsin: Three-Way Chicken – Pan-Seared, Braised, and Fried
- Sat., May 12: Nicholas Wirth, Chef de Cuisine, Bacchus-A Bartolotta Restaurant: Spring Salad Selections
Each cooking demonstration will feature a three-courses and an opportunity to sample each dish, plus there will be door prizes at each class, including Bartolotta Group certificates.

The cost is $25 per demonstration or $40 for two people per demonstration. Fifty percent of the cost will be donated to the National Kidney Foundation of Wisconsin.
