Meeting Preview: Muskego CDA to Discuss Loan Approval for New Auto Body Facility
Young's Auto is asking for $25,000 from the city's commercial loan program to rebuild shop that will be razed as part of Janesville Road reconstruction.
The Muskego Community Development Authority (CDA) will meet Tuesday night to discuss various redevelopment projects, and will include a request by the owners offor a low-interest loan to offset the costs for building, purchase of land and needed equipment.
Young's building will be removed as part of the Janesville Road reconstruction because of its close proximity to the road. The owners have already secured a large portion of financing through a Small Business Administration (SBA) loan, equity and a loan from Citizens Bank of Mukwonago.
In addition, the CDA will discuss other redevelopment districts, including Janesville Road, the Business Park and Tess Corners Drive.
