Muskego Public Library Helps Unwrap the Medicare Mystery

Health care reform has been in the news, and there's plenty of information out there to confuse us all. Join the discussion at the Muskego Public Library to make sense of Medicare.

The Muskego Public Library is pleased to announce that Debbie Bisswurm, Outreach Specialist for the Greater Wisconsin Agency on Aging Resources, will be presenting on “Maximizing Your Medicare  Benefits” Tuesday May 14, 2013 at 10 am.

Debbie will do an overview and update of Medicare and the related programs and discuss how they all fit together. This will include important information on special programs for beneficiaries with low or limited income that may help pay Medicare costs, known as Medicare Savings Plans, and also help them pay their prescription drug costs. She will also spend some time explaining how to use and understand the Medicare plan comparison tool known as the “Plan Finder,” and what to consider when choosing a plan.

This program is free to attend; registration is not required but is encouraged.
Please call (262) 271-2110 for more information and to register.
