• Waukesha County Parks permanently closes Muskego Park Yellow/Orange Trail Corridor (gmtoday.com) — Access to the Yellow/Orange Trail corridor at Muskego Park is ending for good after Waukesha County Parks deemed the route unsustainable due to storm damage, drainage issues, and erosion. The county will instead restore the area to natural conditions and launch a three-year effort starting in 2027 to improve Muskego Park's core woodland trails and overall visitor experience.
