• Disaster Recovery Center opens (waupacanow.com) — If you were hit by this spring’s flooding, a Disaster Recovery Center is now open at the New London Public Museum on Pearl Street to help residents and businesses apply for FEMA assistance. You’re urged to start your application online first, then visit the center for one-on-one help with paperwork, eligibility questions, SBA referrals, and other recovery resources during its weekday and Saturday hours.
