• Wisconsin's Best High Schools Ranked In New Analysis (patch.com) — Families in New Berlin can celebrate Eisenhower Middle/High School earning an A grade and a top-20 spot in Niche's new 2027 list of Wisconsin public high schools. The rankings, which separate public and private schools, blend test data with millions of parent, student, and teacher reviews to help families compare options statewide and by metro area.
   

• Cross country: Lakeside girls win small division, boys second at Laser Relays (gazettextra.com) — New Berlin runners got a solid shout-out at the Pete Nielsen Laser Relays, where New Berlin West's boys and girls both placed third in the small-school divisions. The meet in Delafield used a unique relay-style format, and Lakeside Lutheran's teams led the field, but the results show New Berlin West competing closely with some of the state's stronger programs.
