18-Year-Old Who Died In Oak Creek Motorcycle Crash Identified

According to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office, he was driving his motorcycle between 85 to 90 miles-per-hour on Howell Ave.

OAK CREEK, WI — An 18-year-old man who died in a motorcycle accident in Oak Creek has been identified by officials with the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's Office.

Police say that the driver of a sport utility vehicle and the driver of a motorcycle were involved in the accident, in which the driver of the motorcycle was fatally injured on Sunday, Oct. 29, at 1:10 p.m.

The driver of that motorcycle has been identified as Robert Howski, 18, of Oak Creek.

According to the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office, Howski was driving his motorcycle between 85 to 90 miles-per-hour on Howell Ave.

A Fox 6 report stated that the driver of a sport utility vehicle was making a legal U-turn into the northbound lanes of Howell when Howski's motorcycle collided with the SUV on the rear passenger side.

The report stated that Howski's motorcycle rolled over the SUV and landed in a grassy area near Howell and Manitoba. Howski, who was wearing a helmet, was located on a nearby lawn. He died of multiple blunt force injuries, according to the medical examiner.

According to his Facebook page, the recent Oak Creek High School graduate recently started a new job with the City of Oak Creek.

The accident was investigated by the Oak Creek police department, Wisconsin State Patrol, and the Milwaukee County Medical Examiner's office.
