Final Lux Domes Reservations for Cafe Benelux Rooftop Announced ​

MILWAUKEE, WI -- Earlier this winter, a Milwaukee restaurant upped its "cool factor" with the creation of the Lux Domes - several rooftop private, heated domes installed on the rooftop at Café Benelux.

And within several hours, an entire month's worth of reserved spots was sold out.

On Tuesday, Feb. 5, the Cafe announced new reservation dates and times, and that March 3 is the final date of the season. The six private, heated domes were installed on the rooftop at Café Benelux in late November, each seating up to eight guests at a time, with specialty food and beverage options.

The Lux Domes will likely be back again next season with the possibility of expanding to other Lowlands Grand Café locations.

“We took a gamble that Milwaukeeans wanted a new, fun outlet in our cold, dark winter months,” said Dan Herwig, director of brand and marketing for Lowlands Group. “The response we received was incredible, and we’re really happy that so many people were able to come out to enjoy this novel winter experience.”

There are still reservation times available through the end of February and the final, additional weekends have just been released through March 3.
