• Wisconsin Among 25 States Suing Over EPA Emissions Rule Repeal (urbanmilwaukee.com) — Wisconsin has joined 24 other states and local governments in suing the Trump administration over its repeal of EPA rules limiting greenhouse gas emissions from power plants, including facilities like We Energies' Oak Creek plant. State Attorney General Josh Kaul argues the rollback favors fossil fuel profits over public health, while the EPA says the repeal will save the industry billions and is defending its decision in court.
