Prime Table - not again.

How about some of these things at other restaurants in same area... young waiter handing out menus, pulling out chairs for seating, going into kitchen and pulling lettuce apart for our salads - no hand washing there at the Italian pricey place.  Another server with nasty cough, coughing into hand, then putting down food off tray for us and others throughout our stay - no hand washing there. 
Then there is the place where the young man picks at the pus pimples on his face and makes the food - sounds gross and is. 
Many restaurants in many areas all have some kind of problems - the management at The Prime Table has someone there all of the time, usually walking around, asking diners if everything is OK - if it is not, any complaint is handled immediately - so talk to the management - don't go sniveling to the news unless you are trying to put people out of their jobs due to a personal grudge.
