The 4th District polling location is The National Guard Armory, located at 8520 South Howell Avenue. You must bring a valid form of ID to vote and/or to register on election day.

Polls open at 7 a.m. the day of the election and close at 8 p.m.

Wisconsin has same-day voter registration, so if you aren't registered ahead of the election, you can do so at the polling site. You would need to register if your address or name has changed since the last election you voted in.

Registering To Vote

The City of Oak Creek recommends you register as early as possible.

Wisconsin residents must have a current and valid form of ID and proof of address to register to vote. You can register ahead of the election at Oak Creek City Hall until Feb. 11.

View what can count as an ID and what can count as proof of address at Oak Creek's website.

Voting Early Or By Absentee Ballot

In-person early voting has already begun for the 4th District primary. You can vote early at City Hall, 8040 South 6th Street through the rest of this week. Here are the hours:

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

The U.S. Postal Service has advised you should give your ballot seven days for mailing if that's the plan, according to my.vote.wi.gov, so you'll likely want to deliver your ballot back to the clerk by hand at this point.
