Woman Missing Since December: South Milwaukee Police Seek Help

SOUTH MILWAUKEE, WI — The South Milwaukee Police Department is seeking help from the public in locating a missing woman.

The family of Amber Young told police they have not heard from her since December of 2021, according to a news release from the South Milwaukee Police Department. Young's family believes she may be homeless, and are concerned for her safety, the news release said.

Young was entered into a national database as a missing person and an investigation was launched after her family told police she was missing on Feb. 25, the news release said.

Young was described in the news release as 5' 9" weighing about 160-170 pounds.

Police have asked anyone with information about Young to call them at 414-768-8060.
