• Omro Police investigating after 300 gallons of cooking oil leaves 19 mile path on road (wearegreenbay.com) — A leaking septic service truck left roughly 300 gallons of used cooking oil across about 19 miles of roadway from Oshkosh through multiple Omro streets into Waushara County, including the Omro Bridge. Police and the Winnebago County Sheriff’s Office responded early Monday, used sand to reduce slipperiness, and the company is offering to help clean affected vehicles.
