• Man Killed in Rare Lightning Strike at Wisconsin Gas Station (q985online.com) — A truck driver died after being struck by lightning in a Kwik Trip parking lot in Pewaukee during a severe storm on Wednesday, April 15. Witnesses and first responders tried CPR before he was taken to a hospital, where he later died. Officials say such lightning deaths are rare but underscore the danger of walking in open areas during storms.
