Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurant is bringing its signature blend of food, wine, and hospitality to Pleasant Prairie with the grand opening of its newest location on Monday, May 11.

This marks the fourth Cooper’s Hawk location in Wisconsin and an exciting step in the brand’s continued growth across southeastern Wisconsin. Known for putting wine at the center of the dining experience, Cooper’s Hawk combines a Napa-style tasting room with a contemporary American menu designed to feel both elevated and approachable.
