• Aspirus Divine Savior Launches Summer Farmers Market to Support Community Health (aspirus.org) — Portage residents can now shop a monthly Summer Farmers Market right at Aspirus Divine Savior Hospital, offering fresh local produce and food trucks from June through October. Held in the front parking lot the first Tuesday each month, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., the market also lets patients conveniently use Fruit & Vegetable Prescriptions to support healthier eating and chronic disease prevention. 
• Piranio leads Turner softball to sectional finals (gazettextra.com) — A WIAA Division 2 sectional softball final is coming to Portage on Thursday, with Beloit Turner facing Mount Horeb after Turner’s 3-0 win over Lakeside Lutheran. Sophomore pitcher Olyvia Piranio dominated with nine strikeouts and no walks, while key late hits provided insurance runs to secure Turner’s trip to Portage.
