• Judge dismisses Port Washington data center lawsuit (wislawjournal.com) — A judge has dismissed the lawsuit challenging Port Washington's tax district that helps fund infrastructure for the $15 billion Vantage, OpenAI, and Oracle data center now under construction in the city. While the court backed the city's process, local group Great Lakes Neighbors United is pursuing other avenues, and a separate lawsuit will test the voter-approved rule requiring referendums on large future TIDs.
