• 2026 assessment roll and open book notice (journaltimes.com) — Rochester property owners can now review the 2026 assessment roll at Village Hall or online through June 18, with weekday access during business hours. The assessor will also be available in person at 300 W. Spring St. on May 19 from noon to 2 p.m., and residents can obtain materials explaining how to object to their property valuations.
