American Cruise Lines plans four visits through Aug. 9, and local leaders say the added tourism could strengthen Sheboygan’s growing reputation and economy along the Lake Michigan shoreline. 
2. Peja Vu Food Truck to Operate Vollrath Park Disc Golf Concession Stand (seehafernews.com) — Vollrath Park’s long-quiet disc golf concession stand is set to reopen after the Sheboygan Common Council approved a three-year deal with the Peja Vu food truck. The stand will sell snacks, drinks, and discs, with future plans possibly including tennis, pickleball, and major disc golf tournaments, though an exact opening date hasn’t been set yet.
3. Sheboygan County farming accident, 18-year-old seriously injured (wisn.com) — An 18-year-old man was seriously hurt in a Sheboygan County farming accident June 18 after his leg became trapped in a corn grinder inside a silo near Wilson-Lima Road in the town of Lima. First responders freed him and Flight for Life flew him to a Milwaukee-area hospital with life-threatening injuries, and the sheriff’s office has released no further details.
4. Two Co-Conspirators Convicted of Unemployment Fraud Have Sheboygan County Histories (whbl.com) — A major federal investigation into unemployment fraud and related violent crimes has led to dozens of convictions, including two co-conspirators with prior ties to Sheboygan County. Records show one previously faced criminal charges and another eviction proceedings locally, though those histories did not influence the federal sentencing in this nationwide fraud case.
