When time expired, Shorewood walked away with a solid 1-0 victory against the top team in the Woodland Conference.
Wednesday night, the teams traveled to New Berlin West. The Vikings scored first in the 29th minute to take the lead, but seven minutes later, Shorewood scored to tie the game at 1-1.
