• Eagle Girls Second at Mishicot CC Meet (doorcountypulse.com) — Sturgeon Bay's girls cross-country team placed ninth at the Jim Bremser Invitational, led by freshman Abigail Matson's solid 37th-place finish in 23:33.9. Southern Door and Sevastopol runners also turned in strong performances, with two Door County sophomores cracking the top five and Southern Door's girls taking second overall among small schools.

Visitation is set for Thursday evening at Forbes Funeral Home in Sturgeon Bay and continues Friday morning before a Mass of Christian Burial in Dyckesville.
