• Loretta Jean Skewes (waupacanow.com) — Sun Prairie residents are mourning the passing of 94-year-old Loretta Jean Skewes, who died peacefully in the city on May 4. A lifelong teacher and devoted volunteer, she was known for her deep love of children and service through Awana and Dress a Girl Around the World. Her family will hold a private service and invites online condolences.
