11-Year-Old Vigilant About Suspicious Driver; ​Reckless Vehicle on Pearl St.

An 11-year-old who had enough of a suspicious driver took matters into his own hands; A reckless driver was arrested on Pearl St.

Waukesha police responded to Arcadian Ave. and Highway 59 just after midnight on May 27 on a report of a reckless vehicle complaint.
According to reports, the driver of a vehicle turned onto Pearl St. and was blowing stop signs and swerving down the road.
Police made contact with the suspicious vehicle near Pleasant and Broadway, and one person was taken into custody on suspicion of drunk driving. He was later placed in a cell.

11-Year-Old Vigilant About Suspicious Driver

An 11-year-old boy who was upset about a suspicious car driving around his neighborhood playing loud music decided to take matters into his own hands on May 26 in Waukesha.
According to police reports, the mother of an 11-year-old son on Coolidge Ave. showed her a video he recorded while he was riding his bike in the area of Frame and Scott when the suspicious car drove by him and yelled derogatory remarks at him.
According to police, a man has been regularly cruising in the area and playing loud music.
The boy recorded the man as he drove by, at which point the video showed the man yelling several profanities at him.
The person who called police wanted officers to advise the man on his language and loud music.
