2 Arrested After Ex-Boyfriend Kicks In Woman's Window: Police
A person called the police, saying that her ex-boyfriend kicked in the front window of her home and threatened to damage her car.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to an apartment on the 200 block of Hinman Ave. just before 11 p.m. on June 21 on a report of disorderly conduct.
According to police reports, a person called the police, saying that her ex-boyfriend kicked in the front window of her home and threatened to damage her car.
According to the report, the suspect, later identified as Earl Carr had several others with him. When police responded, they also learned that Donte Burkholder was also reportedly involved in the incident.

Police told Waukesha Patch that two suspects, James Carr Sr. and Dionate R. Burkhalter, were both arrested. Carr was arrested for Domestic Violence Disorderly Conduct, Domestic Violence Criminal Damage to Property and Misdemeanor Bail Jumping.
Police said that Burkhalter was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Criminal Damage To Property and a Probation Violation.

Police reports stated that Carr was arrested on-scene, Burkholder was arrested on the 100 block of S. Grand Ave.
