2 Arrested After Selling Waukesha Man's Brewer Tickets: Police

WAUKESHA, WI -- With the Milwaukee Brewers advancing to play the Los Angeles Dodgers in the National League Championship Series, tickets to Miller Park have become a hot item.
Standing room only tickets, for example, are going for around $80 on some of the popular aftermarket ticket brokers.
In Waukesha, one man is dealing with an apparent theft case after his season tickets for the Brewers playoff games were stolen, according to Waukesha police reports.

When Waukesha police looked into the matter, they learned that the man's tickets were shipped to his old house address.
According to reports, the person living at the man's old address wanted to make a quick profit on tickets that they never bought. Police say the man's the tickets were posted on a resale site by the suspects, and sold for much less than face value.

Police said they learned who the illegal ticket-sellers were, and they subsequently arrested two people. They are currently being held in the Waukesha County Jail and are awaiting formal charges, police said.
