2 Men Arrested in Arlington St. Apartment Scuffle: Police

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to an apartment on the 300 block of Arlington St. Tuesday night just before midnight on a disorderly conduct call.

According to police reports, the disturbance between two parties in the building started over a noise complaint.

Reports indicated that the two men became embroiled in a physical confrontation in the lobby of the building. Reports stated that at one point in the disturbance, a man confronted his neighbor while carrying a BB gun.

Police said that when officer arrived, and took both men were taken into custody as a result of the disturbance taking place in the common area of the building.

Police told Waukesha Patch that charges for both men were forwarded to the Waukesha County District Attorney's office for consideration.
