A 3-year-old who was resisting mom admitted to police that he was "being naughty." Texas Roadhouse had to kick out an angry family Sunday.

3-Year-Old Admits to Police to 'Being Naughty'

A three-year-old boy admitted to police that he was "being naughty" after police responded to a report of juvenile trouble in the parking lot by Dollar Tree at 120 E. Sunset Drive just before 2 p.m. Sunday.

According to police reports, a concerned citizen saw a child being pulled by his arm, and was put in the car when the citizen thought they say some hitting going on.

When police caught up to the vehicle with the mom and her three year old son, they spoke with the mother, who stated her son was acting up and kicking at her, and that mom was attempting to control her recalcitrant son.

Family Asked to Leave Texas Roadhouse

Waukesha police responded to the Texas Roadhouse just after 1:30 p.m. Sunday on a report that a family needed to be removed from the restaurant.

According to police reports, a male was being obnoxious with staff, was intoxicated and was asked to leave. Police reported that both the male and female were belligerent and would not pay their bill, were moving extremely slowly and had argued with management before they left with their 10-year-old daughter.
