$30 Million Senior Complex Planned For Waukesha

The senior housing complex would be located at the southeast corner of E. Broadway and Les Paul Parkway.

WAUKESHA, WI -- New Perspective Senior Living and Boldt Companies have brought plans for a $30 million, 128-unit senior housing to the city for approval.

The senior housing complex would be located at the southeast corner of E. Broadway and Les Paul Parkway on a 5.7-acre site.

The plans, which were brought before the Waukesha Plan Commission on Sep. 26, call for the construction of a three-story 155,544 square-foot building with underground parking.

According to a report by the Biz Times, the senior complex would include a bistro, a tin-ceiling pub with a daily happy hour, a state-of-the-art wellness center, a warm-water therapy pool and screened-in porches.

The project is estimated to take 18 months to complete and could begin as early as November, pending city approval.
