Waukesha residents tried helping an unconscious man Tuesday. A man reported a tool theft from his truck.

$300 in Tools Stolen From Truck
Waukesha police responded to the 500 block of N. West Ave. just before 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on a report of a theft.
Police reports state that a man called in a tool theft in which an unknown suspect reportedly stole $300 in tools from the back of a truck.
The suspect is at large, and authorities were working on determining whether video surveillance footage from a nearby business was available.

Waukesha police responded to the 900 block of N. Barstow St. just after 4 p.m. Tuesday for a person down.
Police were notified that a group of people were out near the old bus depot by the Antique Mall attempting to lift up an apparently unconscious man.
Police responded and determined that the man was intoxicated, but not unconscious. The man was transported to the Waukesha Memorial Hospital for other medical issues.
