4 Arrested In Panos Fresh Market Burglary: Police

According to police, officers were able to track footprints in the fresh snow which led to four children less than 18 years old.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to the Panos Fresh Market, 426 W. Sunset Dr. just after 3 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 23, on a report of a burglary.

Waukesha police told Patch.com that at that time, dispatch received a call from an alarm company for Panos Fresh Market. When officers arrived they found that the front glass door was shattered.

Police said that officers worked with the store owner and determined that entry had been made to the business and several items were stolen. Police also told Patch that a vehicle parked in the lot was also damaged.

According to police, officers were able to track footprints in the fresh snow which led to four children less than 18 years old. Reports indicated the four were between 10-20 years old.

Police said one of the four juvenile suspects fled from officers, but was quickly apprehended. In total four arrests were made.

No officers or suspects were injured during the short foot pursuit.
