8 Youth Threaten To Shoot Up Scott Ave. House

Police have determined that four of the youth have prior convictions - they were last seen running away through the Taco Bell parking lot.

WAUKESHA, WI — Waukesha police responded to a home on the 600 block of Scott Ave. just after 10 p.m. Tuesday on a report of disorderly conduct.

According to reports, eight children were yelling at a resident there stating that they would shoot him.

Police reports indicated that the weapon used to threaten the resident was either an Air Soft gun or cap gun that was shot at the man.

Police were dispatched as the children fled, heading toward the basketball courts on Scott Ave., but not before the group threatened that they would be returning to shoot up the residence a second time that evening.

Police reported seeing the children running south through the parking lot of Taco Bell and toward the apartments on S. West Ave.

Police were apprised of the identities of some of the known suspects in this case and determined that four of them had prior convictions.
