Armed Robber Sought By Waukesha Sheriff

Authorities are reporting that a masked gunman entered the Clark gas station in Sussex and brandished a silver handgun as he demanded cash.

WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI — Authorities in Waukesha County are searching for an armed robbery suspect after a masked man with a gun robbed the Clark Gas Station in Sussex.

Authorities are reporting that on February 13 at just after 7:30 p.m., a masked gunman entered the Clark gas station located at N64 W23270 Main Street in the Village of Sussex.

Police say the suspect brandished a silver revolver in his right hand and demanded cash from the clerk.

The gunman then exited the gas station and was last seen running east through the gas station parking lot toward Waukesha Avenue.

The suspect is believed to be a white man, between 5-foot-9 and 5-foot-10 in height with a medium build. Police say he was wearing dark clothing and a black ski mask at the time of the robbery. The suspect was also wearing one dark colored winter glove on his right hand, and a blue latex glove on his left hand.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office is requesting that anyone who may have
surveillance camera footage in the surrounding area to please review it and report anything suspicious. If anyone has any other information regarding this incident, please contact Detective Hoppe at 262-896- 8047.
