Waukesha police responded to the 900 block of Friedman Drive just after 3:30 a.m. Sunday on a report of a disorderly conduct incident.
According to police reports, a man called authorities stating that a man was possibly in the midst of a robbery and was "hitting some woman."
When police arrived on the scene, they learned that a man with long brown hair, facial stubble, a gray shirt and blue jean shorts left the scene and walked toward People's Park.
Police were able to locate the suspect. He was taken into custody upon investigation.

Man Chases off Car Burglar on Arcadian

Waukesha police responded to the 1200 block of Arcadian Ave. just before 1 a.m. Sunday on a report that an area resident had just chased off a suspect who was trying to enter his work van.
According to reports, the suspect took off running toward the 700 block of Oakland and into an open garage on the block.
When police spotlighted the driveway, a juvenile resident was revealed, only to have him run off.
