Authorities Searching For Missing Endangered Man

WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities in Waukesha County are asking for the public's help in searching for a person considered missing and endangered.

The Waukesha County Sheriff's office is asking for help in locating Daniel J. Murphy, a 46 year old man from the Town of Lisbon

Authorities say Murphy is about 5-foot-8, about 170 pounds with blue eyes and gray hair.

Murphy was last seen by his family at his residence at just after 10 p.m. on June 9. Family says that he left his home during the night on foot and would not have access to a vehicle or telephone.

A current clothing description for Murphy is not known.

The Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office does not believe there is a danger to the public or
that this is a result of foul play.

If you locate or have recently seen Mr. Murphy, please contact the Waukesha County Sheriff’s Office via 911 or (262) 446-5070 and an officer will respond to your location. Anyone having information about the disappearance of Murphy should contact Detective Aaron Hoppe at (262) 896-8047.
