WAUKESHA COUNTY, WI -- Authorities in Waukesha County are asking for members of the public to come forward to aid their investigation into a man accused of sexually assaulting children at a local ranch.

According to the Waukesha County Sheriff's office, Michael Delanguillette worked at the Kettle Moraine Ranch in the Town of Eagle as a horse trail guide and ranch hand from the mid-1990s through 2008.

Authorities are accusing Delanguillette of committing several unreported sexual assaults of children during that time, and have charged him with one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child.

According to a JSOnline report late Monday, Delanguillette, who lives in New Mexico, admitted to several sexual assaults while working at the ranch, after an investigator questioned him during a telephone interview.

The report stated the investigation began after one of Delanguillette's victims came forward in December 2017, stating that he raped her when she was either 8 or 9 years old.
