Man Walked Back In Bar With Shotgun After He Was Cut Off: Report
Waukesha Sheriff's deputies responded to the In Cahoots Bar on a report that a man with a gun was threatening people inside.
WAUKESHA, WI — Authorities say a 48-year-old Mukwonago man has been arrested and charged following an incident April 2 a the In Cahoots Bar in which Sheriff's deputies rescued bar patrons with the use of their armored vehicle.
According to reports, the bartender contacted authorities to report that a man, later identified as Ryan O'Neil, left the bar after drinking, returning a short time later threatening customers with a gun. After making threats, the upset man left the bar again and went to an upstairs apartment.
According to court document's O'Neil has been charged with two counts of disorderly conduct.

According to a criminal complaint filed in Waukesha County, O'Neil's father lives in an apartment above the bar, and O'Neil had been drinking in the bar for about three hours that night. When the bartender cut off O'Neil just after 10 p.m., authorities say he went up to his father's apartment, obtained a shotgun and ammunition and went back into the bar, threatening customers.
Reports indicated that deputies established a perimeter and evacuated the people inside with the help of the BearCat safety-rescue vehicle.

Deputies attempted to make phone contact with O'Neil without success. According to accounts, he eventually exited the apartment, was taken into custody, and turned over to the Waukesha County Jail without incident.
